Booking a Session

1. How do I book a session at RNR Studios?

To book a session, you can visit our website, visit our booking page or call us directly at (813) 696-7517.

2. What are the studio hours?

RNR Studios operates 24 hours a day, with services available through pre-reserved booked sessions

3. How far in advance should I book my session?

We recommend booking your session at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak times. For same-day sessions or bookings the day before, please text or call 813-696-7517.

4. What is the cancellation policy?

You can reschedule or cancel your session up to 48 hours before your booking without any additional charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will incur a fee (25% of the total session cost).

5. What services do you offer?

RNR Studios offers recording, mixing, mastering, production, management, and content creation services.

6. Can I bring my own equipment?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own equipment, HOWEVER you must inform us in advance so we can accommodate your setup.

7. Do you provide session musicians or engineers?

Yes, we have a team of skilled session musicians and engineers available upon request, however you must inform us of your needs when booking.

8. What are your rates?

Our rates vary depending on the services and length of the session. Please refer to our booking page for pricing information or contact us for a quote.

Rates and Payment

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, in addition to Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and Apple Pay in specific situations. Please contact us at 813-696-7517 for more information.

10. Is a deposit required?

When booking online, 100% of the session fee must be paid upfront to confirm your reservation. For same-day bookings, or those within 48 hours of the session, a 50% deposit is required, which may be paid via Venmo, Cash App, Zelle or Apple Pay.

11. How should I prepare for my session?

To prepare for your session, we recommend rehearsing your material and bringing any necessary equipment or instruments. It is also helpful to have a clear goal of what you want to achieve during the session. However, if inspiration strikes unexpectedly, don’t worry — we can work with you to spontaneously create something great.

12. Can I bring guests to my session?

Yes, however to ensure a productive environment, we recommend keeping the number of people to a minimum. Please note that Studio B has a 4-person limit, while Studio A has a 12-person limit. Please inform us in advance how many guests you plan to bring to your session.

13. What if I’m running late?

Please call us as soon as possible if you are running late. We will do our best to accommodate you, HOWEVER the session will still conclude at the originally planned time.

14. Do you offer discounts for sessions?

We offer morning discounts, as well as when you book your session online for Studio A. For more information, please call or text 813-696-7517.

15. Is parking available at the studio?

Yes, we have on-site parking available for clients and visitors.

16. Do you offer remote recording or mixing services?

Yes, we offer remote recording and mixing services. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

17. Can I tour the studio before booking?

Yes, we offer studio tours by appointment only. Please contact us, or visit our booking page to schedule a tour.

18. What if I lose a personal item at the studio?

If you leave a personal item at the studio, please contact the studio at (813) 696-7517, as soon as possible, to let us know. We will do our best to help you locate it and will contact you once it is found.

19. How long are lost items kept at the studio?

Unclaimed items are held for a 30 day period and may be disposed of or donated, depending on the nature and condition of the item.
